Buti Yoga
Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe
HIIT Workouts
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.


Zumba
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop
Pound Fitness
A full-body workout that usually lasts 45 minutes to an hour, Pound includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles, and back muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance


Booty Barre
A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Total Body Workout
Incorporate weight training and high reps to achieve definition, burn, and muscle fatigue. Total body training is a complete and constant workout! Feel yourself get more confident with every class, as you learn and perfect movement patterns through a continual series of tempo driven, resistance training exercises.
